If you can open Outlook in safe mode, try disabling add-ins (one-by-one) and check if it resolves the issue. The Choose Profile dialog box is displayed.Type Outlook /safe in the Run window and select OK.Press the Windows button and R keys together.To start Outlook in safe mode and disable add-ins, follow these steps: Outlook may stop responding or hang at loading screen due to faulty add-ins. Try to open Outlook in Safe Mode and Disable Add-ins If you find Outlook that is stuck on the loading profile even in safe mode, proceed with the following step. Note: If you are still experiencing 'Outlook will not open, Outlook Will not Load Profile,' try stopping the dwm.exe process twice, and then try opening Outlook.
